Submitting an online form, leaving a voicemail, speaking with an automated receptionist, or sending a text message does not guarantee an appointment, service time, price, or technician availability.
An appointment is not confirmed until Cool Breeze provides confirmation by telephone, text message, email, or another authorized method.
Requested dates and arrival windows are estimates. Actual arrival times may be affected by technician availability, previous service calls, weather, traffic, equipment availability, emergencies, and other circumstances outside our control.
Cool Breeze offers 24/7 telephone support, but this does not guarantee immediate dispatch, after-hours service, same-day service, or the availability of a technician at a particular time.
4. HVAC Services and Separate Agreements
Actual HVAC repairs, maintenance, installations, replacements, and other work may be governed by a separate written estimate, proposal, work order, maintenance agreement, warranty, or service contract.
Those documents may include:

-Deposit requirements.

IIf these Terms conflict with a signed service agreement concerning HVAC work, the signed service agreement will control for that work.
Nothing in these Terms waives any cancellation period, notice, warranty, or consumer right required by applicable law.
5. Prices, Estimates, and Promotions
Prices displayed on the website are for general informational purposes unless expressly identified as a binding offer. Final pricing may require an inspection, diagnosis, equipment selection, load calculation, permit review, or written estimate.
Prices may vary based on equipment condition, system size, accessibility, materials, labor, permits, code requirements, manufacturer pricing, and other project-specific factors.
Promotions, coupons, rebates, and special offers:

Deposits, progress payments, cancellation fees, returned-payment fees, and refund eligibility are governed by the applicable written agreement and applicable law.
7. Financing
Financing is provided by independent third-party lenders and is subject to credit approval and the lender’s terms, conditions, rates, and privacy practices.
Cool Breeze does not make credit decisions and cannot guarantee approval, interest rates, promotional financing, credit limits, or repayment terms.
Submitting a financing inquiry or application does not obligate you to purchase a system, and references to financing on our website are not an offer of credit from Cool Breeze.
8. Warranties
Warranty coverage is limited to the written workmanship warranty, manufacturer warranty, maintenance agreement, or other warranty documentation applicable to the specific service or equipment.
Website descriptions of Tempstar or other manufacturer warranties are summaries only. Actual coverage may depend on the qualifying product, installation date, timely product registration, maintenance requirements, ownership, and the manufacturer’s complete written terms.
Except as expressly stated in an applicable written warranty, Cool Breeze does not create additional warranties through website content, advertising, emails, text messages, or verbal summaries.

Cool Breeze may postpone or decline work when conditions are unsafe, required authorization is unavailable, or requested work would violate applicable codes, laws, manufacturer requirements, or professional standards.
10. Safety and Emergencies
The website, online scheduling system, chat service, and text-message service should not be used for emergencies involving an immediate threat to life, health, or property.
If you smell gas, detect carbon monoxide, see fire or smoke, encounter exposed electrical components, or believe an immediate danger exists:
